Description of support work: We are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant. The purpose of the role is to support a Property and Healthcare Business with various tasks relating to:
• Copying/Scanning
• Managing correspondence/documents
• Filing
• Making receiving business related calls
• General admin tasks
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will
• Be resilient and have the ability to deal with calls and people with confidence
• Be dealing with owner queries and ensuring these are resolved efficiently and effectively.
• Be working from Northampton NN1
PERSON
A successful candidate will have:
• Experience in administration
• Must be comfortable in producing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
• Have an adapt to a wide range of tasks
• Have the ability to communicate confidently (verbally and written) and professionally
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook are required.
• Excellent time management.
• Accuracy & attention to detail is essential.
• Well organised.
• A fast learner.
• Confident in dealing with all levels of management.
• A flexible approach

This role is Northampton Based. It may in the future become part-home / offsite based.
For the first 2 weeks, full time (as agreeable) 5 days per week, thereafter 1-3 days per week dependant on business needs. Long-term assignment.
