About the company
We are a Property Management company, based in North West London.
Book keeper role
This is a new role and great opportunity for the right person to take ownership of our accounts and work closely with management to streamline the accounts process.
General book keeping is currently maintained by one of the employees, but now looking for an experienced BookKeeper to work PT -- two/three days, a week.
It is an important role, which demands solid Accounting skills. You will be working in a office with 9 other people and will report directly to the Director of the company.
Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and oral communication
- High standard of general IT literacy
- Good understanding of Excel including pivot tables, V-look-ups etc
- Sage proficient
- Preparing financial management reports
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Understanding cashflow management
- Trust worthy and with a great attention to detail
- Good references
Duties Include:
- Sage data input
- Producing invoices
- Processing Invoices
- Chasing invoice payments
- Monitoring clients
- Reconciling bank stmts
- Financial forecasting
- Producing financial reports
- PAYE/NI payments
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of the accounts and guidance on best practices around accounting/book keeping are welcomed.
The role is to commence ASAP, and pay is £10 - £15 p/h depending on experience.
