Provide Responsive wordpress Website development

We agreed for him to configure my blog as in the Newspaper Classic Blog Demo.
1) He didn’t back up the website before starting to work.
2) He sent me the invoice while the job was still not finished. Following PPH instructions, I rejected the invoice. As a result he blamed me for „having ruined his profile“ and sent me a second invoice. He didn’t tell me that after 1 week non-rejected invoices get automatically accepted and funds released.
3) I asked for the customisation of a Demo’s pop-up. He answered that it was impossible, as he had already installed/used a different plugin.
4) He kept misunderstanding my requests, doing changes that I hadn’t asked for.
5) As the job took more time than planned, he became increasingly impatient. Even if the job wasn’t finished, he kept telling me to release the funds, once basically ordering me to release them („Release payment now“).
6) After delivery, Wordfence found multiple infected files (backdoors etc.). He said, those issues belonged to the old theme. I sent him screenshots showing him that the malware was in the Theme that I was using (Newspaper). He advised („However this is last time i am helping you..“) to remove or update the inactive themes, which was nonsense as the screenshots I sent him showed that the malware was in the Newspaper theme.
