You will receive a full self-assessment tax return (SA100). You will receive full tax calculations (SA110) and HMRC payment breakdown.
All purchases will require a Unique Tax Reference, NI Number, Home Address and Date of Birth. Details of income should be in a spreadsheet or accounts package format

In case unforeseen time occur which is not covered by the fee mentioned for example tax return has been produced and sent to you for approval and you realise there was an error in the information provided. Should this happen, we will always give an advanced warning when we are aware and provide a quote before work commences.

What the Freelancer needs to start the work
• Full Name, Unique Tax Reference, NI Number, Home Address, and Date of Birth.
• P60 showing your salary and tax deducted from your last employment in the year (together with P45 if you
had more than one employment during the year). If P60 & P45 are not available, a copy of your last months
or last week’s payslip for the tax year.
• Details of interest received from the bank and building society accounts.
• Dividend received for the tax year.
• Total state pension or private pensions received in the year, if applicable.
• Any other income received during the year.
• Details of any student loan repayments made during the year.
• A copy of form(s) P11D showing benefits in kind provided to you in connection with your employment(s)
during the year.
• Details of pension contributions paid in the year.
• Self-employment: Sole trader - Please forward the accounting records of the business for the accounting
period ended during the tax year, if not already provided.
• Partnership - Please forward the accounting records of the business for the accounting period ended during
the tax year, if not already provided
• Details of rents received and expenses for any let properties.
• Details of any payment on account paid to HMRC against the tax year.
