What you get with this Offer
I will review the relevant information and documents in advance, discuss the proposed approach with you and attend one employment meeting remotely to provide practical support during the process.
This may include a disciplinary meeting, grievance meeting, investigation meeting, capability or performance meeting, or appeal meeting.
Before the meeting, I will consider the relevant correspondence, allegations, complaint, chronology, employment documents, policies and other material you provide and identify the principal procedural, employment and practical points that should be considered.
I will then attend the meeting remotely and provide appropriate professional input during the meeting, helping you keep the discussion focused, address relevant issues and follow a sensible process.
Following the meeting, I will provide a practical steer on the immediate next steps and any issues that should be addressed before the matter progresses.
This Offer covers one meeting of up to 90 minutes. It does not include conducting a full investigation, preparing extensive witness evidence, drafting substantial correspondence, negotiation, tribunal or court work, or ongoing employment support.
The service is provided as external employment and HR consultancy and procedural support. It is not a substitute for regulated legal representation where representation by a solicitor or barrister is required.
If the matter requires a wider investigation, detailed case assessment or ongoing support, I will identify the appropriate scope of further work.
