Monthly Xero Bookkeeping & Management Accounts | ex-KPMG

This is a recurring monthly or quarterly bookkeeping retainer. The 5-day delivery setting refers to the initial setup once all information is provided.

I am an ACCA part-qualified accountant and former Small Business Accountant at KPMG. I provide reliable monthly or quarterly Xero bookkeeping and management accounts for small UK limited companies.

Monthly Retainer Packages:

- Micro – £180/month (up to 75 transactions)
- Starter – £250/month (76 – 200 transactions)
- Small Business – £350/month (201 – 350 transactions)

Quarterly Retainer Packages (billed quarterly in advance):

- Micro – £450 per quarter (up to 75 transactions per month)
- Starter – £650 per quarter (76 – 200 transactions per month)
- Small Business – £900 per quarter (201 – 350 transactions per month)

Note on transactions:

Limits refer to total bank, card and payment platform transactions (including PayPal, Stripe when imported as feeds). Complex cases reviewed individually.

What’s Included:

- Full Xero bookkeeping (sales & purchase ledger)
- Bank reconciliations
- Posting of all income and expenses (including director’s personal expenses/loans)
- Monthly or quarterly management accounts / P&L reports from Xero
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Posting of payroll journals (from your payroll provider)
- VAT returns

What’s NOT Included:

- Final submission of statutory accounts to Companies House
- Corporation Tax (CT600) preparation and filing
- Running full payroll (I only post the journals)
- Credit control / chasing customer payments
- Any one-off catch-up, historical work, or initial setup is available at an additional fixed fee (quoted in advance).
- Xero subscription cost (paid directly by the client)

Delivery Timescales:

- Monthly management accounts delivered within 10 days of receiving all required information from you.
- VAT returns prepared and submitted by the official HMRC deadline, provided all necessary information is received in good time.

Initial Setup / Catch-up Work:

Any work needed to clean up records, set up Xero, or bring prior periods up to date is available at an additional fixed fee and will be quoted in advance.

I prefer communication via email for efficiency, but I am happy to arrange a call when required.

I am UK-based, highly organised, and flexible with my hours. I respond promptly and always meet agreed deadlines.
