Autonomous Monitoring Agent — System Health & Alert Management

I will build an autonomous monitoring agent that independently monitors your systems, investigates alerts, diagnoses root causes, attempts defined remediation actions, and escalates to human operators only when automated remediation fails or is outside its permitted action scope. Monitoring agents that autonomously investigate and attempt remediation convert alert fatigue into actionable intelligence — rather than paging on-call engineers for every alert, the agent investigates the alert, determines whether it's a genuine issue, attempts automated remediation, and escalates only when automation cannot resolve the situation.

The agent covers metric and log monitoring integration, alert triage and severity classification, root cause investigation using diagnostic tools, automated remediation for defined scenarios, remediation outcome verification, and escalation with full investigation context when human intervention is required.
