With 15+ years of experience each under our belts, there isn't much we haven't experienced when it comes to selling on Amazon. We’re the go-to people for so many sellers, from all over the world, when they have a question about selling on Amazon

This service gives you a 1 hour Q&A session with Faye or Simon. We're a husband and wife team, working together regularly. We both know as much as the other when it comes to Amazon, although you won't get to choose who you speak to, you can be guaranteed that you'll receive the same quality answers

We're English and live in the UK. We usually need 48 hours notice and therefore available sessions offered are usually between Day 3 and Day 7 of ordering. The sessions are run at 11am or 2pm BST, Mon-Fri. Please don't order if you don't have good availability, please contact first.

If you're based outside of the UK you'll need to understand the time difference. Late nights or earlier mornings can be arranged providing we have space in the schedule

The more preparation you do prior to our call, the more value you'll get. All calls will be made via Skype or PPH only. All sessions are conducted in English

This is a Q&A session. It is not a training a session. We offer specific training sessions, please look at our hourlies or contact us for a quote. If you require training or coaching, we will advise you to consider our training service as an additional purchase

We do not answer questions based on tax or business responsibilities (legal). All advice we offer meets Amazons ToS, we will advise if your questions relate to an activity outside of your Seller Agreement with Amazon

Our Q&A call up to 1 hr. If you terminate the call early because you haven't any more questions for us, no refunds or part refunds can be given, with no exceptions

If due to unforeseen circumstances either party are unable to make the call time then another will be scheduled within 5 days. The service will be cancelled if 2 attempts are made and failed by the customer
