Vienna, ATWaqas overpromised and underdelivered. Severely. He pledged to meet multiple deadlines, then consistently missed them. Upon every review, his work presented multiple errors. Despite many extensions and explanations, we never got anything close to the quality we needed. In the end, we decided to cut our losses on this project. Very disappointed by this experience.

Absolutely wrong! He never had time to review the work, even pressurizing me to stick to deadline when even I delivered on deadline, he didn't have time to review until the weekend. This happened twice. How can he justify missing deadline when he himself was delaying the review.
He was not ready to review the work even. Very rude, arrogant, and would delay your payment just to punish you if you don't work on his terms. My first-ever worst experience here at PPH.
Be very careful while negotiating T&C of future tasks!
