Ripon, GBSoubhik did try very hard to get these right - and make several amends to my two blogs, but sadly the lack of English as a first language meant typos and many grammatical errors. I had to get a refund for a piece of work as would be unable to use as badly written.

Unfortunately, what Sarah says are nothing but a bunch of lies and I would have to set the facts straight here.
1. There were two articles. One she was happy with and the other she was not. NO amount was refunded. If work is done to the standards, PPH does NOT allow work to be refunded - and none was done here too. I, ON MY OWN, hired her for a new project and sent her some money only because she was unsatisfied - because client satisfaction is a priority for me.
2. I had to face specific problems due to her lack of knowledge of handling the PPH platform - and each time it took tons of mails to let her know how things work.
3. Interestingly, one of the blog was pretty good and the other not. She knows pretty well that she couldn't win the dispute as all work was delivered within time and because she didn't let me make even two revisions according to PPH policies.
I would ask sellers to be beware. In spite of accommodating her requests, and sending her back the money for the one article she wasn't happy about through a new project, here is the review left for the article that she said was good and accepted it.
