I am sorry to say but I was not at all happy with what Rishi submitted. I have got work done from him in the past and that was excellent. Since this was a bigger sized project, I believe that he was not able to either do it himself and got it done by one of his younger students or did it in his sleep. There were grammatical errors, long sentences that despite reading 5 times, didn't make any sense. Perhaps the work was too much to handle - to be able to write 4000 words, but I gave 3-4 weeks to submit this report to me. I gave detailed instructions, attached reference documents and for each sub-topic, I indicated the reference document.
I am very surprised at this report. I had to write the whole report myself. It is really such a waste of time for him and definitely for me. The purpose to outsource this was to save my own time.
Which eventually, i had to spend anyway.
