London, GBNeelam has fine writing skills at the syntax level; however, she works as she likes and not as is required by her client. She would also give lots of promises that she would fail to accomplish. Before starting the job with her, I stated very clearly that I won't pay if the work was not as I require, and she agreed. Then, she spent around 10 days to complete the job. Apparently, it lacks my very basic and most important requirement. So I provided her with very clear guidelines and gave her a list of references to use. Then it took her forever to complete the work on the grounds that she wanted to deliver a very good job. So I patiently waited, but when I received again I was very disappointed that she haven't changed the very first copy, and did not include any of the references I sent her! I her about that, and identify the part (15% of her work) that can be useful for me and that all other parts are useless so she can suggest a justified price. She asked for 150 out of the whole 250 we agreed on if my requirement were met! I politely responded to her if she really believe that 150 would be justified for both of us, to which she responded that I should suggest the cost. And I did (somewhere between 60 and 80), but she said she wanted 100 as I can use the other parts which I found useless somehow sometime in the future. So I asked her that she, herself, can use this part sometime in the future as she suggested! But I was nice enough to pay her 90. Apparently, I do not recommend working with her.

I wish i could provide the evidence here. If any of you have a little sense, you can read the job description and then anticipate, what the job posting was and what the client is asking for!! and then anyone reading this can consider what is right or wrong. No more explanation needed. Just a little sense would help anyone in making an easy judgment.
