London, GBI wasn't happy with the translation I received from Gladys. It had paragraphs which were exactly like Google Translate's which was very suspicious. Also I don't think the approach she took was the correct one, since it was supposed be website copy and the translation didn't make much sense from a sales point of view. Her proposal was not the cheapest and I was definitely expecting more. Overall, I wasn't satisfied and I would not recommend.
