Grays, GBYou said 20mins and it’s been an hour no contact
Eva Maria C.
This has been worst experience with a PPH [prospective] Buyer ever. They first requested my availability to translate “some words” for them. I asked how many and provided a quote for those many words. But obviously I would need to know what exactly the words to be translated were. If you look at our correspondence in this WorkStream this has been explicitly requested 5 times. The [prospective] Buyer has never sent a file or a “copy-pasted” message on the WorkStream stating clearly “this is what needs to be translated into Spanish”. They just kept asking me how long it would take me to complete the job. Although it is true that in one of my written answers I stated “for under 100 words it would take me 20 minutes or less” the obvious implicit assumption is that I know what exactly are those 100 words to be translated. They then requested a refund for the following reason: “the delivery date has passed and the project has not been done”. I have given them the refund because to me time is money. Please anyone reading this rest assured that when you share a text to be translated stating clearly that is the text to be translated then the translation will be delivered within the deadline stated in my proposal.
