Question About Late Payroll & Impacts on Universal Credit

Hi there,

This isn't really a project, but I need an hour of someone's time who can give me advice on how to approach the following situation...

Unfortunately I have failed to do the payroll for an employee (admin error) who receives universal credit. Because HMRC haven't received any information from me, universal credit haven't allocated any credit this month. I need to sort this out but I'm not sure of the best way to approach it to make sure both HMRC, UC and the employee are happy. If you could help with this, I should only need a small amount of time on the phone.
