Sometimes things don’t go as planned.

So we have hired Amy to write and distribute 2 press releases. Full delivery took over 20 days when it was supposed to take 4-5. BUT this was due to Amy’s unforeseen personal situation. Now when most would have cancelled and hired someone else, we stayed with Amy and THAT WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. Once fully on the job, she exceeded our expectations. She is a very talented copywriter/writer. The end product she delivered was perfect and as it took a lot longer, she gave us an important discount on the total invoice. We all often face complications and/or emergency situations, but the way Amy handled it all, shows true professionalism.
We are very happy with the work done and strongly recommend her. Will use again in the future.

Swen I am blown away by the lovely review - thank you so very much for your understanding when my health complication cropped up - recovering from cancer and getting back into work has been more challenging than I thought but it's clients like you that make me feel so happy and grateful that I have a job that I enjoy.
