Aleksandra has been amazing in every aspect. I needed help with a personal letter to my adopted son and Aleksandra was very empathetic from the start and the letter she wrote for me captured exactly what I wanted to say in a moving and sincere tone. Aleksandra also went the extra mile and researched the content of the letter with a friend who had been through the same situation as me, to make sure the letter was perfect. Aleksandra is very professional and quickly came back with questions and the final written letter itself. I will definitely be asking her to help me in future with letter writing.
