Firstly, thank you for using my CV service. I am glad you like the CV + Cover Letter and I really appreciate the feedback as it is something I can pass on and learn from. Unfortunately there seemed to be numerous issues with the order where PPH blocked the workstream, attachments were corrupted and where messages were not relayed to me via notifications - this is out of my control and I can only ask the support team to look into this and rectify issues. Again I apologise over the communication issue and I will refer it to the site team.
