Dear sir,
I had completed your work as per your instructions. I had provided multiple choices; you selected the type of work that was needed. After sending the initial draft work i asked you if you wanted any revisions done, which i did promptly. I revised PPT/Including shorts videos many times and included extra work which was not negotiated before commencement without any additional cost to you. I also asked if you needed any more changes but you were satisfied with final draft. Your less then favourable review on my work will strive me to do more on customer satisfaction.
