Deren has been awesome. I have been meaning to do a series of videos for a variety of reasons both marketing as well as educating customers. Given my requirements, I would have to be the one facing the camera which I was happy to do but needed plenty of help, accommodation and guidance. Deren did exceeding well to understand my problems and be supportive to ensure the project went ahead (without aborting half way through)

I had to postpone the booking a couple of times as well as change my plan of action (number and duration of videos) a few time and Deren accommodated all of these.
