I proposed a very ambitious project for the guys on PPH. After much searching I found Mosuf from Wings Web Media (WWM). About 50% happy with the service. Initially was really good to start with, but once money was paid there was a sudden change in response rate, ie no sense of urgency whatsoever.

In particular I am frustrated with the fact that the e-commerce function wasn't tested and went for a month without working. Was only notified when customers told me the problems they were having. By which time I had already lost a lot of potential sales and interest, having launched my website at a national event, its very embarrassing that the website didn't even work. In hindsight I would rethink using this service again.

The website itself is nice, but the service should be vastly improved.

Website was upto your satisfaction. When the project was awarded it was complete in less than 15 days and then we were waiting for you for a month to take payment and then you replied that your still want something to add like additional pictures, I told you we will do it for free once you send the pictures. You released the payment and after a long time you came back with new pics and i also uploaded that for free for you but as you came at the time when i already had projects so it took a week for me to upload pics but that was because the project was completed but you were getting the pictures ready which took you time and not us. About ecommerce feature i tested and did a small demo transaction to show you that it works fine. The website itself is responsive which was complimentary and was not included in the quote. We went above and beyond and you also replied in one of your messages that you are pleased with the website then why this 3 star rating? Anyways more than 200 client reviews on our profile itself proves the quality and services.
