London, GBMost dissatisfied with attitude & service. I was informed he would contact blacklist agencies so to remove concerned domain. When I asked for copy of communication details it was a point-blank refusal. Emails were clear for less than 24 hours. He promised after payment “Any help from my side, I will be delighted to help.” However, when I asked for help, he wanted another £40. Wasted my £££!

Most important thing here is trust. When you don't trust you will not be satisfied. I had cleared the blacklist, you examined this for 24 hours & then paid. After that anything you do with email system which is considered by service provider as spam activity, it will blacklist your domain again. If you can understand this very simple process, then there will be no complain. Otherwise ..........
Sent emails going to spam at customer end.
