This has been a very difficult project due to factors beyond control. The team have persevered and done good work and have put in extraordinary hours and effort way beyond the fee that was paid to them. Good relationships for the longer term have therefore been established as a result of the collaboration that has developed. I appreciate the very hard work and commitment this team have put in.
