Improve Opencart Web Shop

I have an opencart webshop at https://embroidered-workwear-shop.dynamicembroidery.co.uk/

I would like a nice new design (if you can make it similar to https://www.dynamicembroidery.co.uk/ all the better)

I would like to be able to export & import products - to update price etc in the future

I would need to add a further 100 / 150 products - same categories / options as current products

Any suggested modules that would make the website better I can look at

No timescales for this - I'm in no particular hurry...
