It is with regret that we must recommend fellow PPH organisations avoid this client. Despite signing a development contract for a fixed specification and payment schedule the client repeatedly change the specification, failed to make stage payments, failed to pay invoices on time, had third party staff working on the same system and overwriting the work done by us, engaged in communication that was harassing in both content and frequency. We have delivered a project in excess of their specification and improved much of their original code. Avoid.
