Bergen, NODeveloper could have finished the job for the agreed budget, but chose to re-negotiate the budget repeatedly because of a few errors in the documentation and hold ups from my third party provider. Those factors are unpredictable but part of the job, so don't expect flexibility with that Seller.

Client paying capability and understanding is very poor. If there will be any change in scope after work start he will deny for any payment .
He Agreed on 50% payment before start of work and rest and 50% at end of work .but paid only for 2 hours .
We started to develop a joomla extension which was an integration with the third party service. Quickly we found that the third party web service is buggy and we have informed client that there will be delay in timeline and effort(hrs). Client has said to move on and also assure that he'll make his effort in order to minimize the delay. We have to spend 38 hrs on the project and when we shared with client he was not considering our timesheet and mentioned that he believe we would have spent only 15 hrs on the job. In order to prevent the dispute, I was agree to get paid only for 15 hrs which was $300. When client saw my willingness to fit the term they are now saying that they will be only willing to pay $166 which is 1/3rd of the 6 calls -
