Sam, was in a word, fantastic, I don't mind saying that as his first customer on PPH, I did initially consider using someone with an existing rating, however, his initial contact was very in depth and enthusiastic; laying out exactly what he would do, when and how and impressed me with his communication and overall enthusiasm.

He subsequently did exactly what he said he would do in a timely way and has created something which exactly meets the requirements and was flexible throughout.

I would highly recommend Sam and will certainly be going to him again in the future.
