Poor communication, work not performed properly, has told us he cannot do some items he previously promised and not keeping on schedule.

Hi PPH,
I have recently made a deposit of $400usd on the PPH excrow account in regards to a proposal from seller Salentro T.
After sending a generic image, the seller was asking for a 40% invoice of the total bill ($800usd).
As this is not the way we work to ensure that our needs are met, we decided to stop the project with this seller to find another provider for the same job.
Could you please send us our $400usd money back so we can allocate it to a new proposal?
