London, GBThe reason for my cancellation is:
- Delivery date has passed twice with little to No progress.
- It appears that there are serious misunderstandings or that the developer is refusing to do our agreed work.
- I have lost lots of money and I have been affected by other negligence caused by the developer i.e. accidentally removing another domain of mine.
- The developer appears not to be able to complete any "customised" work.
For this reason, I have decided to request my full fee refund.
Also, I would like to know which procedure or process I can take to recover other losses? I can provide evidence and information.

I too have lost alot of money working on this, 40+ days of effort wasted, an $80 plugin purchased on my own behalf to use on the client's website, also a personal loss. I am open to uploading the amount of work done to the client's server for half the fee. I tried my best but was unable to deliver.
