Sound Designer Needed for Single Scene

Sound designer needed for short excerpt of footage. Foley experience is required.

ASSIGNMENT #1
Situation: whilst a mother and a daughter are sleeping in a bedroom (reference image below), a fight between two men is taking place in the adjacent corridor (reference image of corridor also attached below).
As a direct consequence, the sounds resulting from the two men's struggle will have a low-pitched, EQ'd quality to them, tendentially coming across as bassy and muffled.
Grunts and moans are also a detail I'd like to have included in the mix alongside the various thumps.
They are fighting on wooden floor, so the texture of potential footsteps would have to be decided accordingly. The seldom addition of squeaking tiles is also encouraged.
The house is rather vintage-looking but not ancient by any means. Have a look at the reference image and see for yourself.
The fight between the two men will culminate with the larger one (about 1.85m tall and 100-115KG in weight) being pushed down a staircase (composed of around 10 steps). At the end of the fall, after the body has violently hit the ground, please allow 10 seconds of silence (meaning clear ambience). For all intents and purposes, a video reference has also been
