This developer is very poor and does not live up to the standards suggested in the reviews. They are slow, unresponsive and constantly asking for money when the work is not either done or up to the required standard. What a shame as my previous experiences on PPH have all been excellent.

Let me brief about:

You send me project for which I have quoted 26-30hrs which means at the max. 3-4days. After bulk of work was DONE you completely vanish saying you don't have the content ready. It is highly advised that whenever you assign project you should first have the specification ready rather than making the assuming the FREELANCER to be dumb.

After 2-3weeks you came back saying what info. I need further to complete the project. You need to first understand that this is technical stuff. You expect me to waste weeks/ months for you to gather stuff and after every 2 weeks I need to remind you what is needed to complete the project.

I am sure Clients around will understand my history on PPH rather than some fake text from yours end.

Initially the work and communication was really good, but maybe we were misaligned on the outcome and I found Ruchi didn't want to receive feedback and became very unprofessional and rude, so I ended work early and moved on to a different developer. If you have quick projects, I think she is good but not for longer projects that require many details.

You know what I have been working on this portal for nearly 12+ years and very well know what development is. Not we it was you who was misaligned from the scope initially agreed OR rather intentionally tried to grab as much free work as possible.

I address every bit of your feedback and only denied to requests which were never agreed. Employers like you first post the job with limited scope so as to pick the best FREELANCER and later make their life hell by throwing extra work for weeks/ months. Surely, I will see if there is any option to rate you 0 on this portals.

Never ever recommend you to any FREELANCER.
