Gosford, AUPrasun is very knowledgable with Salesforce. He is more than capable of handling any technical development needed.
The low star rating is purely due to the fact that the work went way over the timeframe originally agreed. He also raised an invoice for the full job when we were only approximately 70% of the way through and once the invoice was raised communication slowed to the point where it was almost non-existent.
If you have a tight deadline I would recommend another developer, however if you have the time to spare you could choose Prasun with confidence.
