He shows up later with a skeleton and demands for remaining payment.
No one in my team can fix the skeleton hence we had to lose money.

We lost money and 1 month of back and forth.

Developer disappears for 3 weeks. - Keep your facts clear man i was away 9 days just because i was hospitalized and fighting for a life from life threatening illness. In that time I was in ICU still i update you with my condition in some days. Hope you will also face this kind of situation in future then you can understand.You already pushed me to cover requirements that are not discussed and not in project requirements. I protest the same then you show me to cancel this project after working whole week to finish first milestone. Don't you remember i raised dispute to cover my loss of time and money. Hope you remember that thing. You only loss $45 and i lost 1 week of my time and money that cover my time. I am extremely dissatisfied with dispute resolution outcome.Beware with this client as he told something and u-turn like anything.
