Whilst I think he is probably quite a good developer, he assigned someone else to our project, was a mess to start with, completely delayed the whole project, and job was never properly completed. Had to get someone else to complete the job properly.

If you do a solid job, everything else will go directly to you.

I have had a very bad experience, I am getting my website redesigned with another guy. The form was not working, SSL was not there. He took 1.5 months and did nothing. also, invoiced extra even before delivering the website. Very disappointed.
