The worst PPH experience to date! From the best communication ever at the start and seeing great reviews. I was told I had to pay a £150 deposit, I now regret this. I have had lots of empty promises of completion, poor communication (not responding to messages or one word answers, it’s nearly 2 weeks over due, only 20% completed, even did some of it myself to help him, he has apologised and promised me delivery several times then just done the same again. Emailed PPH, not heard from them in over a week, i don’t even care if he gives me a bad review as I am coming off PPH. After planning my business around using PPH there are too many bad experiences. From the experience I had, I recommend you do not use Mikel. Even if he had turned it round like he promised I would have given him a better review, but I have had enough! Mikel - WP Pro still has my money, I still have to get my site finished. So unhappy.
