Northampton, GBMichael fixed a problem in half an hour or less, that another coder took one and a half hours to try and solve (and failed). It was quite a simple (ish) solution in the end (which I suspected) but we all need coders who can actually find what the issue is whether its a simple fix or not. Michael did that and it's a relief to find someone who knows his stuff, is friendly and, well, could sort my problem out. It was important to get this one fixed asap so thanks Michael. You're a star (well, five actually).

Barcelona, ESMike did the work laid out in the brief to the letter and added some of his own ideas too. He is responsive and happy to put in extra work to get the job done. The results so far have not been exactly as I had expected, but Mike has put in effort to find reasons and explain things. The acid test - I would work with him again!
