I felt she is very professional fantastic work ethic and work amazingly flexible hours to suit the any client need. Where there is an issue, there is a clear escalation procedure where you are heard and a fair compromise is found. Nothing is ever a problem for her. What we required was not easy and most developers would of thrown the towel in but they stuck with it.
