Lakshn is a very friendly guy. Sadly we had a communitcation issue, as prior to hireing Some notes and questions where asked in the description, these included needing to be able to do API's. Lakshin admitted only after starting that he had no real experience with API's so he asked a friend only checking with me after his friend had started looking at the work. Normally this is not an issue for me, but on this project we has agreed via PPH an NDA (which i had to pay extra for).

I have to say even with these issue I did like Lakshn, he was keen to get on with working, but in this case just did not have the skills, and maybe did not understand the importance of NDAs.

I decided to pay Lakshn regardless for 6 hours work, as in these times I can understand the need to get work, and I feel this experience will help him going forward.
