Blackrock, IEUnhappy with the work done. Was delayed for 3 days with very little actual effective communication. Was lead on to believe the setup was in progress instead received a refund request and cancelled job due to "code missing" when in fact everything was there.

Not delayed due to ineffective communication - there was a one day delay awaiting a response and there's still a misunderstanding there's actually a complete project there. It was never configured as per expectations and I gave up waiting for confirmation regarding that due to no correspondence
