The job was to estimate the efforts and steps required to optimize the website speed. The estimate was provided along with the task breakdown.
The client took suggestions from the report and implemented some of the tasks themselves and then requested us to revise the estimate. Once the estimates were revised there was no update and we got this rating. I was really unsure where was the disconnect and hence went through the previous reviews and found similar stories reported by others. Please keep in mind working with Chilee that the expectations are going to be unrealistic. We must understand that we cannot work for free or keep putting additional efforts fearing negative reviews.
