Billy deserve for the title of what he has as a top cert. I have been going around many sites to propose my custom program of my indicator, to be honest many programmer reject for the reason of complexity of my requirement too complicated. Some just ignore it. Some even ask me to simplify my requirement. Some say it can be done but need further explanation or do not understand my requirement. Until I found Billy when I proposed to him, he doesn’t response like many other programmer did, although I know it is not a straight forward indicator. When I double confirm again does he well understood and have any unclarity, Billy confidently answer my explanation great and say he is ready. I felt comfortable the way he response and decided to award him my project. Guess what when he deliver my project, this indicator does right exactly what my requirement is. He is not only do as per what requirement want but also he knows what is the purpose of the requirement, he understand what is in your mind. That makes me feel he is in different level and that set him apart from many others programmers. I would highly recommend him. Great work!!!!!
