Ben promised to build links and also identify link prospects for our blog writer. At the end of the month he said he would send the prospects shortly and that he would also send a list of links once they were crawled by google, but after paying the invoice (giving him the benefit of the doubt), they were never sent. Eventually Ben sent the link prospects, which were just a very short list of non-industry specify spammy article sites that could be researched in a couple of minutes and would have no SEO benefit. I have still not received a list of the links that Ben supposedly built, and our backlink tracking software has not identified any new links either. Ben also stopped replying to emails after I began to question his work, only replying again after I mentioned that I would be leaving bad feedback. Unfortunately Ben was not prepared to set things straight after giving him a chance. The useful output of this job has been almost zero, and a total waste of £400. Avoid.
