Honestly the worst experience I have ever had on PPH.

It became increasingly clear that Ashwini had no understanding of the actual requirement. Any efforts made to communicate the brief were hampered with his impatience to grasp what you're trying to explain and to ask clarification questions where needed.

Ashwini made no efforts to populate the theme as requested and then proceeded to call me a "motherfucker" when I wouldn't release the invoice until the work was completed.

He was incredibly slow with turnaround times and even more so unprofessional. I ended up having to do the work myself.

A nightmare from start to finish.

Thanks your one misconception does not prove anything as the work is completed and you do smart work out to put the job from 80 pounds to 15 so that you get advantage of pph policy

Although he has good reviews in his profile, here is my experience with him. He promised my project was an easy task and he would get it done quickly within my deadline. He past my deadline 3-4 days. Did not provide updates, ignored my patient messages and when he did provide it was one or two word answers. "I'm working", "it will be done today". Everytime this was a lie. he was not working as I monitored him inside my website, and he did not complete it when he said he would. But I was still patient and gave him extra time, as I don't like to be too pushy, because I understand freelancers are juggling multiple jobs at once. It got to a point where he was just plain out ignoring me and disprespecting a paying client, in which I do not tolerate. So I expressed this to him and tried to give him a chance to resolve it, he still ignored me. So I requested a refund, then he asked for another 8 hours to finish the job. I highly recommend avoiding this seller, he is not professional at all.

What the fuck

We needed a couple of tweaks made to our Shopify theme. Ashwini responded right away and completed the project that day. We will be using him for future projects. Very happy to have found him.
