Dhaval always wanted to be paid before the project was finished and raised invoices several times when the work was not done. He was also quite impatient if I wasn’t able to respond immediately and emailed me outside of PPH when I was sick and had to take time off work. His work was good, but I probably wouldn’t work with him again.

Let me write down the entire journey now. I like being humble, but have to be realistic here.

The deal was to finish the job in 3 days and support period for 5 days. 8 days in total.

Work done in 3 days and Sir Robert is very happy.

Now sir Robert had some medical issues, he was replying to me once in a while but not paying. So I waited for A MONTH.

After that he asked for some more time, saying site owners will review and then I will pay. After that no contact for another 1 MONTH.

then he came back saying I will pay you as the voting is over now. That wasn't the deal.

Would like to give you a few suggestion here.

1. Communication plays a vital role when it comes to remote work.
2. 3 months for testing, we were not building AirBnB.
3. I contacted PHP people several times regarding the issue, and they appreciated my patience and the way I dealt with the entire situation.

So better, next time be clear HOW MANY MONTHS you need for testing before hiring some one.

If waiting for 3 months is sign of Impatience, I don't know what to say.

As far as invoice is concerned, I already said the job was to work for u for 8 days and I generated invoices milestone wise.

Anyway, I did not want this to end this way but can't help. I gave you enough support and the work done was more that I committed for.

Still I gave you good ratings as I am not a negative person, like things to take it positively.

I request you , PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE next time tell freelancer when you will pay. If you don't communicate well, you will find similar issues as I could see in your other BAD reviews as well.

I wish you all the luck for future work, hope you will learn from your mistakes.
