Create a voting system and input data

Hello!

I have a client who needs a voting system created on their website. They run an online contest. They have over 800 entries for their contest, and all the entries have provided links to their work and a few sentences about who they are.

What I need:
- Someone to come up with a creative and attractive way to display the entries across several different categories For example, about 40-50 people in each category, some with more, some with less
- Input all the data into the system that currently lives on an excel spreadsheet
- Implement the system on a WordPress website

Here's the catch... I need this done within the next 72 hours! Eeeek!
