It was a bit of a pain because you explain what you need, then you get passed to another person to actually build it and you have to explain it all again... and then they are quite pushy for payment... you just have to make sure you are happy before you sign it off. Would I use them again... I would probably go to a single guy who is building what I explain, and isn't so focused on getting the money in.
