I decided to give 5 stars as I was looking for someone who is not only technically capable but also invests into my vision and concept, taking into account a constrained budget. In the end, Ali just did that.
It took a little while - subsequently, there was a delay - but he accepted the circumstances and realised how much he is learning on the way.
He is very responsive and happily answers any questions.
Overall, I am pleased with my website as he translated the design and functionality as per requirements.
