Thanks. We should perhaps mention that although listed under the Easter video hourlie, this piece of work was actually to make modifications to your YouTube Channel, including adding some videos and channel art. I now have a separate hourlie for this work.

It's obvious the amount of time & effort Karen put in to my initial report, however, as a Web Developer myself, the Social Media advice & notes in Karen's initial report was more basic than I'd hoped for (and at times a little obvious).

However, upon my response explaining the above, Karen's follow-up e-mail included an additional 1 page doc, PERSONALLY I found this more helpful.

I write this days later since engagement as I wondered whether Karen would maintain contact (as I'd asked for a conversation), Karen is of the opinion that my hourlie engagement was not worth more dialogue (perhaps understandably).

I was hoping to strike a relationship with someone who'd not stick to an hourlie mindset as much, as, I only expect of others what I expect of myself. Perhaps I give too much 'dialogue' and time to my prospects.

Overall, as you can see, 4stars is a pretty good scoring. Another star would have been nailed if Karen had:
1. Better understood my level of ability prior to all the time she invested.
2. Had at least honoured 1 follow-up phone call that she'd loosely mentioned.

It occurs to me that Karen is not "making Social Networking work" for herself either, hence getting work via PPH.

So, I'm still looking for a Social Networker who can prove to me 'how to find and engage with a prospect' on likes of FB and Twitter - I've had prospect conversations via FB myself only twice, so still not clear on "making FB work for my business".

Perhaps an hourlie evidencing this would have been better (FOR ME AT LEAST) especially as Karen's hourlie was labelled up as "I can make Social Networking work for you" - unfortunately, I don't feel that's happened. Rather, I feel I've benefited with yet more direction & tips than I'd had prior to engaging Karen.

Don't get me wrong, overall pleased with my experience hence the 4 stars. Just had higher hopes given hourlie title.

Thanks for your feedback, Steve. I have paused the hourlie to reword it to give a clearer idea of what I am offering. I am aiming it at people with less experience than you and not necessarily as an advert for my services or the start of an ongoing working relationship.

Karen's report was interesting and thorough: well worth the money if you have the time to execute.
