    Feb 2014 – Apr 2016 Customer Support Administratior, Suffolk Guides

    Processing Client Adverts and non-client adverts submitted via the Suffolk Guide Admin Panel. Answering Client queries and sending invoices. Also creating a Hootsuite Schedule on a weekly basis. Creating adverts for Clients and promoting their special offers and forthcoming events, also proof reading clients adverts and rewording where necessary before processing to appear on the website (this was a large part of the position). Answering the general public’s emails regarding What’s on events.

    Updating the facebook page for Meet A Creature at regular intervals throughout the day, with appropriate status’ to keep the page within the public eye. Answering any questions that cropped up via the page. Networking daily to increase likes and awareness of the company.
