Personal Assistant while Recovering from Condition

I have a condition that affects my short-term memory and focus, so I'm looking for personal assistant able to complete basic tasks such as drafting and sending emails, scheduling, filling out miscellaneous forms, etc., as well as other tasks if possible/as requested, depending on what comes up; this is until I've recovered, but time frame is flexible. This would take a huge load of stress of my back and be highly appreciated. I need someone communicative and I can give clear instructions. Hope that all makes sense.
